• Map the exchange from demand through production, sales, and delivery. Find where value goes unpaid or costs absorb the revenue.

Keep these limits in mind

• Overall responsibility does not remove specialist roles. Every component need not profit immediately, but accumulated knowledge, teamwork, and trust still need testable evidence.
